At Alpiderma, we want you to be able to order with complete confidence. Here, in concrete terms, is what protects your purchases and your data.

A fully encrypted site

The whole of alpiderma.ch is served over HTTPS. The details you enter — contact details, delivery address, access to your account — travel in encrypted form between your browser and our server.

No card details

Our payment methods are bank transfer, the payment slip (ESR) and TWINT. We never ask you for a card number: no card details pass through our site, are entered on it or are stored by it. Your payment is made directly with your bank or in your TWINT app.

Your personal data

We collect only the information needed to process your order and manage your account, and we use it for that purpose alone. For details of how it is handled, see our Privacy Policy.
