This privacy policy sets out how Alpiderma uses and protects the information you provide to Alpiderma when you use www.alpiderma.ch. Alpiderma is committed to ensuring that your personal information is protected.

The information we ask you to provide, and by which you can be identified when using our site, will only be used in accordance with this privacy statement.

What we collect

We may ask you for the following information:

  • first name and surname;
  • personal details such as your email address and postal address;
  • other information relating to your needs in massage products (oil, lotion, and so on).

  • updating our customer records;

  • sending periodic promotional emails about our products or new arrivals;

We are committed to ensuring that your personal data is secure. In order to protect you against unauthorised access or disclosure, we have put in place physical, electronic and managerial procedures to safeguard and secure the information we collect online.

How we use cookies

On the Alpiderma site, information about your shopping basket is stored by what are known as «cookies», which can be retrieved on your next visit. When you log in or wish to place an order, we need your customer details. The data contained in the cookies saves you having to enter the information into the forms again.

You can set your browser so that you receive a warning on screen before a cookie is stored, or so that cookies cannot be downloaded at all. In that case, certain services will not be usable.

Protection of our forms

Our contact and newsletter sign-up forms are protected against automated submissions by Cloudflare Turnstile, a service provided by Cloudflare, Inc. When a form is displayed, this service receives your IP address together with technical information about your browser, in order to distinguish a human visitor from a bot. This data is processed by Cloudflare for that purpose only.

Newsletter

If you sign up to our newsletter, we keep your email address for that purpose only. It is passed to an email delivery provider, which uses it solely to send you our communications. You can unsubscribe at any time, using the unsubscribe link in our mailings or by writing to info@alpiderma.ch.

Links to other websites

The Alpiderma site may contain links to other associated websites. However, once you have used these links to leave our site, please be aware that we have no control over those sites. We cannot therefore be held responsible for the protection and privacy of any information you provide while visiting them. You should take care to read the privacy statement applicable to each site you visit.

Controlling your personal information

You may at any time ask us to stop using your information for direct marketing, or request its deletion, by writing to info@alpiderma.ch.

We will not sell, distribute or lease your personal information to third parties unless we have your permission or are required by law to do so.
